We order directly at the producer - a cooperative of old-established Cretan families -, always in limited quantities so that best quality is ensured all the time. Look forward for this Cretan elixir of life! These people swear on that greenish-yellow oil, which smells a little bit like grass. And experts suspect it as the secret for the noticeable high life expectancy on this island!
